Terms of Service
These terms set out how coaching institutes use RAVKIT, what each side is responsible for, and the limits of what the product does.
Agreement to these terms
These terms govern an institute's use of RAVKIT, provided by RAVKIT Private Limited. By creating an account or using the product, the institute and its authorized users agree to them. Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence on any conflicting point.
Accounts and access
Accounts are created for an institute and its staff. The institute is responsible for keeping login details secure and for the actions taken under its accounts. Access is role based, and the institute decides which of its staff hold owner, teacher or administrator access.
Acceptable use
RAVKIT is to be used to run genuine coaching operations. Institutes agree not to upload material they do not have the right to use, not to attempt to access another institute's data, and not to use the service to store information unrelated to their students and operations.
Your data remains yours
The student, fee and academic data an institute puts into RAVKIT belongs to that institute. We process it to deliver the toolkit and do not claim ownership of it. On the end of service, data is handled according to the retention terms in the institute's agreement.
The role of the AI
Doubt solving, learning plans and auto-grading are tools that support teaching, not replacements for it. Auto-grading covers defined answer types and flags the rest for a teacher, who can override any result. Institutes are responsible for the academic decisions they make using the product.
Fees and plans
Paid plans are billed by student strength as described on the pricing page and confirmed at sign up. Institutes may move between plans as their strength or needs change. Specific billing cycles and terms are set out in the institute's agreement.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to support it in line with the plan an institute holds. Planned maintenance is communicated where it may affect use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for factors outside our reasonable control.
Changes to the service
RAVKIT evolves as we add and refine capabilities in the toolkit. We may update features over time and will avoid removing capability an institute's plan depends on without reasonable notice.
