Student and fee data, handled with care and candor.
An institute's data includes minors' academic records and families' payment details. We treat it accordingly, and we describe our posture in plain terms rather than overclaiming.
What is collected
Student records, doubt history, assignment results and fee schedules, the information the kit needs to do its job. Nothing is collected for its own sake.
How long it is kept
Data is retained while the institute is active and for a defined window after, then removed on request. Retention terms are set out in the agreement, not left vague.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using current, standard methods, so records are protected both on the wire and in storage.
Role-based access
Owners, teachers and admins each see only what their role requires. A teacher's view is not an owner's view, and neither is the office's.
We state where we are, not where we would like to appear
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. Our current status, the standards we follow and the practices in place are described plainly, and we are glad to walk your team through them before you commit.
